Analyzing the Chemical Synchronicity of Substantia Nigra and Locus Coeruleus Neurmelanin

The Substantia Nigra and Locus Coreuleus areas are located in the fourth ventricle of the brain. Both appear meaningfully related as they bathe together in cerebrospinal fluid of that region, yet they lack a discernable connection, or do they? Iron and copper molcules are significant to both regions. Neuronal loss affects cognitive functioning when deprivation occurs in these two areas. Perhaps these neuromelanated loci work in concert after all, where the brain’s melanin is concerned.
